The kitchen is a core part of the house, and for many of us, the centre point of our busy day-to-day lives. I work with clients from the earliest stages to make a kitchen to suit you and your requirements.
Making all the carcasses, doors and drawers in my workshop, I am not constrained by standard unit sizes and dimensions. Need the units to be shallower due to restricted space? Wheelchair-bound and needing work surfaces to be at a lower height and cupboards more accessible? Or just simply you want a solid kitchen that will last the years?
Units are made in from solid birch ply, with door and drawer fronts in an oiled hardwood, such as oak or ash, to show off the beauty of the timber; or painted in the colour of your choice. Worktops can be made in solid wood – classically local Scottish oak or elm, or an imported wood such as walnut or maple – or I can work with suppliers if a natural or man-made stone surface is preferred.
